André Richer is a graduate of the University of Quebec in Montreal QC, with degrees in management, business administration and accounting. He is a Certified General Accountant, a Chartered Administrator and a Certified Aboriginal Financial Manager. With over 30 years of professional service with various public and private sector organizations at the national and international level, Mr. Richer has acquired extensive senior executive level experience in the field of management, finance and accounting. Polyvalent and highly adaptable, André has worked in a multitude of economic activities such as marine port and canal management, heavy construction, engineering, high tech research and development, manufacturing, health and social services. An Ottawa Valley Algonquin, André is a member of the Native Alliance of Quebec.
